Technical data /Product feature:

• White cement based
• WATER RESISTANT
• WHITE CEMENT ( JK OR BIRLA WHITE) & polymer based
• APPLICATION : concrete or mortar wall and ceilings ( external or internal)
• Drying Time:  Approximately 3-4 hours.
• Lead content: nil
• Decrease paint consumption.
• Smoothen the wall for excellent finish
• Enhance binding of paint with the surface.
• Physical barrier to salt migration  
• Apply minimum 2 coats with 6-8 hour gap.  Rub down with fine sand paper after 12 hours.

• Deluxe is preferred to apply on interior surfaces and super deluxe is preferred on exterior surfaces .
• Smooth and good spreading capacity
• Easy application
• Fungus and bacteria resistant.
• Ph value : 9-10 alkaline
• Bonding : minimum 0.9N/mm
• Dilution: 300-400 ml water in one kg.
• Whiteness: more than 94%.
• Pot life : 90-100 minute
• Thickness: approx 1 mm on smooth surface. Can vary based on surface condition.
• Coverage:  For single coat coverage will be approx. 10 sq ft per kg.  For rough surface coverage will be 5-8 sq ft per kg.
•  less odor and irritation in eyes:    As water is used to dilute it causes less odor or no irritation in  packing size : 1,20,40 Kg.

Precautions /care:

• Surface shall be dry, free from seepage or dampness. If surface is not free then use dampness protector from Dr Fixit or equivalent.
• All cracks shall be filled by proper sealant.
• Holes and dents shall be filled by using Ducon white cement based wall care putty. Do not use chemical based putty.
• Surface shall be free from loose paint, dirt or grease.
• Fungus, algae or moss shall be removed by wire brush and water.
• Do not apply when ambient temperature is low say below 8 degree centigrade.

Safety precautions:

• Store the bag in cool and dry place. Protect from water/rain.
• Keep out of reach of children and away from eatables.
• Do not apply in kitchen with uncovered eatables/fruits etc.
• May be harmful if swallowed. Immediate medical attention is recommended.
• Apply with wearing suitable nose pad. Do not breathe dust.
• Wear eye protection. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water. If irritation persists take immediate medical attention.
